Hello, I am Nora Brown Solomons, and I am the Instructional Coach with 27 years of experience in elementary education. I’ve had the opportunity to serve as a 1st- and 2nd-grade teacher and a Reading Coach, which has shaped my passion for strong instruction in both literacy and mathematics.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina-Aiken and my Master’s degree from Lesley University.

As an instructional coach, I believe in working alongside teachers to provide intentional, consistent, and data-driven instruction. My goal is to support high-quality Tier 1 teaching while strengthening small-group instruction so every student can grow and succeed.
