Greetings Baby Gator Parents and the Estill Community,

It gives me great pleasure to serve as your principal for the ninth year. I have been in education for 35 years serving in various capacities:  Teacher, Curriculum Coordinator, Executive Master Teacher, Principal of Estill Middle School, District Math Coach, School Improvement Grant Coordinator, Director of Special Education, and presently the Principal of Estill Elementary School.  My educational background began as a graduate of Ridgeland High School then I obtained a

Bachelor of Science from South Carolina State University and a Masters of Education from Cambridge College. I am a member Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated.

 

I am the wife of a wonderful husband, Nathaniel and mother of two amazing young men, Denzel and Xavier, mother-n-law of Epiphany and Taherah, and grandmother of five: Elijah, Malachi, Chance, Nova, and Naomi. I am a licensed and ordained minister, serving as the Assistant Pastor of the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.

As I lead, our Estill Elementary family will continue to learn and grow through collaboration, professional development, and personalized learning.  These efforts will create an atmosphere that will allow for each child, each day in every classroom to be college/career and citizen read with no excuses.
